Responsibilities

Lead discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand goals, priorities, and retirement options
Collaborate with Associate Planners to develop initial strategies
Deliver seminars, webinars, and community education events
Maintain a disciplined prospect pipeline with clear follow-up and documentation
Transition relationships seamlessly to Servicing Planners
Operate with professionalism, empathy, and fiduciary standards

Qualification

Client-facing financial planningCFP® certificationSeries 65WA Life & Health LicenseOrganizedDisciplinedCommunicationCollaborative

Required

Experienced in client-facing financial planning or wealth management (5+ years preferred)
Series 65 or 66 required (unless CFP®); WA Life & Health License required
Strong communicator, comfortable in public-facing settings
Organized, disciplined, and collaborative
