The role involves providing IT support, guiding users through network conversions, and ensuring successful implementation of the new systems.

Responsibilities
Participate in a critical project to upgrade all of the networking equipment in all stores across the country by the end of 2026
Work over the phone with a user in a store to walk through the necessary steps to remotely convert from the old network to the new network and conduct test orders to validate the conversion was successful
Follow a very detailed process with documented steps to follow
Explain directions to the in-store contact
Qualification
Required
Experience working in an IT Support role (helpdesk and/or desktop support)
Working knowledge of IT hardware/software
Ability to work over the phone with a user in a store to walk through necessary steps for network conversion
Attention to detail
Strong ability to explain directions to in-store contacts
Ability to follow a detailed process with documented steps
Ability to run prewritten scripts and deploy automation
