Qualification
Required
CS / Math / Stats / Physics background - or equivalent depth
3-5+ years building backend systems - if you're an exceptional junior (1-3), don't self select out
Typescript / Rust / Go - We're Typescript today, but open to where to go
Comfort with ambiguity - We're early. Requirements change. You'll need to be good at and comfortable with making decisions with incomplete information
AI fluency - show us something you've built with it. We use AI tooling extensively and want engineers who know how to leverage it for quality, not just speed
Preferred
Familiarity with credit markets, credit risk, lending, etc
Familiarity with blockchain technology and crypto-related platforms
