Kane Partners LLC is a leading environmental services company expanding its sales team in Southern California. They are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive growth by developing new business and managing existing accounts within industrial, construction, and environmental sectors.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the territory
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Conduct regular client visits and job site meetings to understand project needs
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to prepare accurate proposals
Represent the company professionally in client interactions, presentations, and networking events
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in environmental, industrial, or waste services
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and remediation processes
Proven success in territory management, client development, and project-based selling
Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
Based in Southern California (Bakersfield, Los Angeles, or San Diego region)
