Leading project teams in the development of plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Managing communications with clients and teaming partner firms
Site Engineering Design associated with buildings and parking

Rough and precise grading plans
Storm design and drainage calculations
Potable and reclaimed waterlines design
Sewer pipe design
Flood control improvements
Freeway and interchange improvements

Qualification
Required
Knowledge of public works
Skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam
Excellent writing and communication skills
A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college (ABET) is required
Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience
PE license is a must (in California preferred)
Preferred
A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering is a plus
