Customer Solutions Rep
Gateway AI is scaling their customer success team and seeking a Customer Solutions Rep. In this role, you will serve as a technical and strategic partner to customers, helping them adopt and succeed with the platform, while also defining the customer experience playbook and impacting product direction and customer happiness.

Bridge product, engineering, and customer success
Define our customer experience playbook from the ground up
Have a direct impact on product direction, sales velocity, and customer happiness
