Sales Development Representative
3 Kings Media House is a fast-growing digital marketing and creative agency based in Dallas. They are seeking a pioneering Sales Development Representative to establish their outbound sales motion, focusing on identifying prospects and booking discovery calls for the founders' closing team.
Responsibilities
Build and execute a repeatable outbound prospecting system (cold email, LinkedIn messaging, phone outreach, personalized video intros) targeting ideal clients in beauty/lifestyle brands, local service businesses, creative startups, and real estate
Research and build high-quality target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo-style tools, and market intelligence
Conduct 40–60 meaningful conversations per week (calls, DMs, emails) and aim for 8–12 qualified discovery calls booked per week
Qualify prospects using BANT/MEDDIC-lite criteria and clearly communicate how 3 Kings Media House solves real pain points (brand visibility, lead generation, conversion optimization)
Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in CRM (we use HubSpot or similar)
Provide feedback to help refine our ideal client profile, messaging, and offer positioning
Help shape the SDR playbook, templates, sequences, and KPIs for future team members
Qualification
Required
12+ months of proven experience in a full-cycle SDR/BDR role (cold outbound preferred)
Demonstrated success booking qualified meetings in B2B services, digital marketing, creative agencies, SaaS, or professional services
Comfortable with high-volume outbound (email + LinkedIn + phone) and rejection resilience
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you write concise, value-first messages and sound confident & professional on calls
Self-starter mindset — this role has zero hand-holding; you'll build the process
Access to a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a professional setup for video calls

Located in the United States (preferred Central or Eastern time zone for scheduling)
