Sales Engineer

Working closely with customers to evaluate their needs and develop tailored solutions
Prospecting and securing new business opportunities
Delivering technical presentations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with end-users and key decision-makers
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience successfully developing sales territory required; power generation or related industrial/electrical/construction equipment industry experience preferred
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently in the field and manage a territory effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and pipeline management
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally/regionally as required
Preferred
power generation or related industrial/electrical/construction equipment industry experience
Successful solution sales or contractor sales experience
Technical knowledge of power generation, electrical, or mechanical systems is a plus, but not required
