Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for initiatives within the Make and Deliver domain, ensuring alignment with CSCP strategic priorities
Manage scope, objectives, and success metrics for programs that improve manufacturing and delivery processes and tooling readiness
Support Product Managers with the development and maintenance of program roadmaps, release plans and break down complex problems into clear scope, dependencies and deliverables
Partner with Product Management, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated solutions for manufacturing and delivery workflows
Engage with stakeholders across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver to ensure seamless execution and risk mitigation
Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partners with clarity and transparency
Identify critical risks to program timelines and KPIs; develop mitigation strategies proactively
Implement Lean and AI-driven approaches to optimize processes and reduce cycle times
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and adoption of best practices
Define telemetry and reporting requirements to measure program performance against goals
Manage dashboards and analytics to track progress and inform decision-making
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and deliver predictable outcomes

Required

Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
OR equivalent experience
Experience in program management, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Preferred

Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
OR equivalent experience
Certification in Six Sigma
Familiarity with Lean principles, AI-driven process automation, and cloud infrastructure supply chains is a plus
