Director/ExecutiveRich Properties is a family-owned and operated real estate development and construction company with a growing portfolio of multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets. They are seeking a Head of Finance to support day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic growth, working closely with the CEO and ownership team.

Responsibilities
Support the CEO with daily financial and operational needs across the company
Oversee and manage budgeting and financial planning initiatives at both the corporate and asset level
Create, track, and manage operating budgets for multifamily and commercial properties to ensure property managers align with revenue and expense targets
Monitor and analyze financial performance to support positive cash flow, NOI growth, and long-term asset value
Manage insurance tracking, renewals, and reimbursements across all properties
Track reimbursements, payables, and financial obligations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Assist with construction loan administration, underwriting, and lender requests
Coordinate and support upcoming refinances, including gathering financial documentation and supporting underwriting processes
Collaborate closely with ownership, the CEO, and internal teams to support financial decision-making and improve overall financial performance
Develop and refine financial strategies to support company growth, scalability, and operational efficiency
Maintain organized financial records, reporting systems, and financial controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and real estate finance
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (required)
Comfortable working in a MacBook and iOS environment (required)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and lender requests simultaneously
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with executive leadership
Preferred
Experience with multifamily and/or commercial real estate financials preferred
