Accurately enter data into internal systems
Maintain compliance with company policies and timelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Qualification
Required
Basic computer proficiency is required
Data entry
Warranty processing
Customer service
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in data entry or warranty-related roles
Experience handling warranty claims or product returns
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with basic computer systems and software
