IT Operations & Systems Coordinator
Next Level Pros is a growing organization that partners with and develops high-performing home service companies across the country. They are seeking an IT Operations & Systems Coordinator to support and manage internal software systems, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across multiple businesses.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Set up and configure software platforms for new businesses
Manage user access, permissions, and security standards
Maintain system documentation, access logs, and organizational standards
Ensure internal tools are structured, clean, and consistently maintained
Track, document, and prioritize system issues
Coordinate fixes with internal teams or external vendors
Validate resolutions and maintain detailed issue logs
Execute repeatable IT and systems workflows with precision
Maintain operational systems (CRMs, proposals, internal tools, workflows)
Identify small efficiency improvements to reduce friction
Serve as the first point of contact for internal system-related requests
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary
Ensure team members have proper access, tools, and system readiness
Qualification
Required
Experience working with business software platforms
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable following SOPs and repeatable workflows
Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing details
Clear communicator with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Startup or multi-business experience
Familiarity with ticketing or bug tracking systems
Basic understanding of business or sales workflows
