Responsibilities
Manage incoming titles for new deals and follow up with sellers and brokers for titles not received
Coordinate with customers to arrange next steps for title work and track title status
Collaborate with the title team to send paperwork to requested locations
Utilize automated systems for mass follow-up attempts
Oversee insurance claims from inception to payment and update internal systems with claim status
Communicate with adjustors to provide required documents and follow up on claim status
Create payoffs for insurance payouts and work with third-party shops on repair claims
Generate payoffs for repossession accounts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (BA)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative setting
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in the automotive industry or title documentation is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Spanish-speaking abilities are an advantage
