Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representatives will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, addressing non-clinical customer inquiries such as prescription status updates and financial information
Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication deliveries and payments, ensuring accurate profile updates for timely distribution
Representatives will respond directly to customer questions or route calls to the appropriate team to ensure prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction
Additional responsibilities include documenting clear and concise progress notes to support workflow visibility, utilizing the management information system to assist customers with refill needs, prescription status, insurance verification, and invoice requests
Representatives will address patient concerns during refill scheduling and escalate to pharmacists or nurses when clinical support is required
They will also identify and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Complaints (PCs) to clinical staff to support patient safety
Other duties may be assigned depending on team or program needs
