Responsibilities

Build and own operational systems across product, delivery, and internal execution
Design scalable processes for onboarding, customer success, and platform adoption
Translate company strategy into execution roadmaps and measurable KPIs
Improve speed, quality, and consistency across internal workflows
Act as operational advisor to customers adopting AI-driven reporting and analytics
Partner with CEO, CFO, and CRO to align execution with growth and financial outcomes
Establish operating cadence, metrics, and accountability across the business

Required

Proven COO, VP Operations, or senior operational leadership experience
Strong background in scaling SaaS, platforms, or professional services businesses
Experience building repeatable systems, playbooks, and execution frameworks
Track record of improving efficiency, delivery speed, and operational visibility
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with an equity-only co-founder model

Preferred

Experience with AI platforms, analytics, or automation is a plus
