Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
Assist in editing long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews)
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion elements
Optimize videos for different platforms (IG, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs
Organize raw footage, project files, and exports
Collaborate with content and social media teams
Apply feedback and improve edits quickly
Meet timelines and maintain editing consistency
Communicate progress via Google Chat
Attend weekly mentorship and review calls
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
Passion for video content and storytelling
Willingness to learn and apply feedback
Good time management and communication skills
Attention to detail
