Responsibilities
Review and evaluate equity and/or credit research for analytical accuracy and institutional-quality rigor
Assess financial models, valuation analyses, and investment theses against established benchmarks
Provide clear, structured, and evidence-based written feedback to improve research quality
Collaborate with panel members to develop standardized rubrics and evaluation frameworks
Participate in review sessions to objectively score and differentiate analyst-level work products
Contribute market and sector insights across equities, credit, and multi-asset portfolios
Identify analyst proficiency levels and deliver actionable feedback to support development
Qualification
Required
Strong institutional experience in hedge funds, asset management, family offices, or multi-asset research platforms
Deep expertise in fundamental equity and/or credit research with advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Solid understanding of portfolio construction and position-level risk assessment
Proven ability to review, critique, or mentor analyst-level investment work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an evidence-based, detail-oriented approach
High standards of professional integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
