Provide personalized skincare consultations based on individual needs and concerns

Educate customers on the benefits of Uncommon Beauty products and their ingredients

Demonstrate product application techniques and best practices

Drive sales by recommending tailored skincare routines and solutions

Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Uncommon Beauty’s mission and values

Conduct in-store events, product demos, and mini facials to showcase products

Stay updated on product innovations, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty section

Process transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

Continuously educate yourself and the team on new product launches and skincare techniques

Participate in ongoing brand and sales training programs

Qualification

Required

Minimum 1-2 years of beauty sales experience (retail, spa, or luxury beauty preferred)

Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping customers feel confident in their skin

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Esthetician certification preferred but not required
