They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure timely entry of client POs, analyze customer needs, and maintain organized records while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Ensure that clients POs are entered into our system in a timely manner, and that all needed materials for the clients project are ordered
Set up shipping with clients according to their needs and requests
Analyze customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services to clients
Make contact with clients on daily basis
Confirm POs with clients and give them estimated due dates
Receive and answer client inquiries and resolve any potential issues in a prompt and satisfactory manner.(This will include research and ability to use available resources)
Fill out required paperwork and keep records organized in client's files
Qualification
Required
Customer Service Representative experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to work in the US
Previous experience in customer support, client services
Works well under stress
Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts
Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
