Define requirements for:
Document ID & classification
OCR and data extraction
High-volume ingestion pipelines
Templated document generation via CLM
Partner with Legal, Ops, and Compliance teams
Standardize document structures and workflows
Support testing, validation, and rollout
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years as a BSA supporting Document Management or CLM Programs
Experience in Commercial Banking documentation (contracts, notices, statements)
Strong understanding of OCR, extraction, and document automation
Ability to standardize and scale document processes enterprise-wide
