Responsibilities
Review and rigorously evaluate equity and/or credit research for analytical depth and institutional-quality standards
Assess financial models, valuation methodologies, and investment theses for rigor, consistency, and credibility
Deliver clear, evidence-based written feedback and structured critiques on research reports and models
Collaborate with fellow panelists to design and refine standardized evaluation rubrics for public markets research
Participate in periodic panel reviews to objectively score and differentiate analyst-level work products
Contribute market, sector, and multi-asset expertise to benchmark and elevate research quality
Help identify analyst proficiency levels and provide insights on talent development and research gaps
Qualification
Required
Strong institutional experience in hedge funds, asset management, family offices, or multi-asset research platforms
Deep expertise in fundamental equity and/or credit research with advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Solid background in portfolio construction and position-level risk assessment
Proven ability to review, critique, and mentor analyst-level investment work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
High standards of professional integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
