In this role, you’ll support clients with financial analysis engagements, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while participating in professional development between assignments.

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
Perform variance analysis and provide insights to business leaders
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reports
Analyze revenue, expense, and operational trends
Support month-end close from a reporting and analytics perspective
Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams
Assist with special projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP& A
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Experience working with large ERP and reporting systems
Ability to adapt quickly in new environments
Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience with financial markets and tools such as Bloomberg Terminal
Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
