Project Management Analyst
Eaton is a leading company in the electrical sector, currently seeking a Project Management Analyst to join their team. The role involves managing engineering documentation, implementing engineering change notices, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders while tracking program progress and metrics.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain engineering documentation within legacy PLM systems (such as PCM/Enovia)
Implement Engineering Change Notices to update specifications and bills of material (BOM) accordingly
Generate routine financial analysis summary for NPI programs
Review approval routes for part releases
Process quarterly reports for release statistics, as well as tracking project hours and resources
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Track and report on program progress and metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred
Degree in finance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
Three (3)+ years of experience as program analyst
Knowledge of corporate finance such as operating flows, invested capital, expense process and accounting
Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus, both written and verbal
