Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, simulation, and verification of analog/digital mixed-signal IP using the Cadence suite of tools
Develop mixed-signal test benches and perform simulations on various SoC scenarios using Cadence Tools
Perform functional verification on digital multiphase buck controllers, integrated power stages, and power management circuits for voltage regulator designs
Conduct silicon bench evaluations to fully characterize IC performance, document results, and prepare validation reports
Build scalable and reusable constrained random testbenches using object-oriented methodologies like SystemVerilog/UVM
Work with analog and digital IC design experts and cross-functional teams to improve unit architecture and system performance
Learn and develop analog/mixed-signal design techniques through contributions to next-generation IP development
Assist in the design of cutting-edge products that aim to set benchmarks for the industry
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
Hands-on experience with Cadence tools for schematic creation, netlist generation, and simulations
Python programming experience to automate workflows
Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, including shell commands and editors
Familiarity with SystemVerilog/UVM and experience debugging firmware at the RTL level
Knowledge of microcontroller-based testbenches and firmware/hardware co-verification
Practical experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters (DMM) for IC testing and evaluation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
