Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Conducting onboarding sessions with new and existing customers (primarily by phone or video)
Assisting with setup and SEO-related integrations for platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
Guiding customers in SEO best practices and ensuring they see value quickly
Troubleshooting issues related to CMSs, integrations, tracking, SEO setup, etc
Answering questions and supporting customers on an ongoing basis in a fast, friendly, and solution-oriented way
Working closely with the product team and providing SEO-related feedback from customers
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in SEO
Strong understanding of web technologies
Hands-on experience with SEO and digital marketing
Experience with websites and digital platforms
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and similar platforms
Ability to troubleshoot technical SEO issues (sitemaps, scripts, tracking, plugins, etc.)
Understanding of how websites, SEO, and integrations work together
Ability to work in a structured way, follow up on tasks, and get things done
Fluency in English (native)
Located on the US East Coast (Eastern Time / ET)
Ability to work with a team in Denmark (CET / 5–6 hours ahead) with daily time overlap
