Responsibilities
Apply Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibility
Demonstrate company mission and values
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
Pick, pack, and ship distribution orders that require a basic skill level
Screen shipments for unauthorized devices in accordance with TSA requirements
Execute distribution and warehouse system transactions
Process all orders according to priority set by Distribution Leader/Supervisor
Verify proper storage conditions and temperature monitoring of shipments
Load couriers’ trucks using pallet jacks
Identify opportunities to improve overall quality and efficiency
Engage in daily management and 5S practices
Ensure inventory is properly and safely stored
Maintain warehouse safety, security, and neatness
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or GED
Ability to work overtime when volume requires
Physical ability to lift 40lbs to 75lbs and operate pallet jacks
Willingness to spend extended periods walking/standing, entering data, and handling inventory
Teamwork skills within Distribution and across QA, Client Services, and Supply Chain departments
Basic computer competency using Microsoft Office applications
Significant data entry skills
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment with proper PPE
