Field Service/Call Desk Supervisor

Responsibilities
Oversee daily Field Service and Call Desk operations
Manage technician scheduling, dispatching, and workload balancing
Serve as the primary escalation point for service and customer issues
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and technician utilization
Coach, support, and supervise Field Service and Call Desk staff
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Ensure accurate service documentation and reporting
Coordinate after-hours coverage as required
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in field service operations, call desk supervision, dispatch, or service coordination
Demonstrated experience supervising or leading service teams
Strong understanding of field service workflows and escalation management
Experience using ticketing systems, scheduling tools, or CRM platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in medical device, A/V, electro-mechanical, or technical service environments
Experience supporting SLA-driven service organizations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with workforce or field service management systems
