Required

Experience with operating and maintaining folding machines or similar equipment
Attention to detail, experience with quality control, and the ability to identify and resolve issues during production
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform minor machine adjustments and repairs
Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently in an on-site manufacturing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant technical certifications or experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and work with machinery
