HR & Office Administrator

ESP Safety Inc. is seeking an HR & Office Administrator to support employees and ensure smooth daily office operations. This on-site role involves HR administration, payroll coordination, and office management, serving as the first point of contact for employee administrative needs.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit payroll inputs (hours, adjustments, employee changes)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Track PTO, holidays, and employee status changes
Answer employee questions related to HR and payroll administration
Manage day-to-day office operations and workplace needs
Order office supplies and coordinate lunches and services
Work with vendors and service providers (facilities, IT, cleaning, repairs)
Follow up on office and facility issues until resolved
Collect and process employee expense reports
Organize invoices and administrative records
Support audits and internal reviews as needed

Required

3+ years experience in HR administration, office administration, or payroll support
Experience with payroll processing and employee records
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is a plus
