Conduct high-level dimensional inspections on complex machined parts using hand tools (OD/ID/Blade Mics) and Gagemaker equipment (Rolls, JSS, MRP)
Perform first-article and spot inspections, review vendor documentation (MTRs/COCs), and document findings via NCRs
Collaborate with engineers and vendors to resolve technical discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Must have a High School Diploma/GED
At least 5 years of specialized dimensional inspection experience
Proficiency in Gagemaker thread inspection
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Demonstrate professional communication skills
Preferred
Faro Arm experience is a plus
