Project Specialist - Administrative
The University of Southern California is seeking a Project Specialist-Administrative to support the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. This role involves providing administrative support, managing faculty assignments, and coordinating events and meetings within the Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities
Organize and communicate full-time clinical faculty teaching assignments
Develop, administer and report to leadership on mid-semester student course evaluations
Manage Associate Chair for DPT Education calendar, internal and external communications, and meetings
Assists with planning and coordination of Division events and meetings including Master’s Research Night, Dentistry Day, and Commencement
Provides administrative support and special project assistance to the Division’s faculty and other staff
Managing the academic internships in the MS program, including site visits, orientations, and midterm evaluations
Supporting MS students through the entire academic lifecycle, including course advisement, intervention and remediation coordination
Provides a broad range of administrative and general office duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with minimum of two years' experience
Advanced skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities and fluctuating workloads
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Minimum Skills: Directly related project or administrative experience
Preferred
Master's degree
Preferred Experience: 3 years
