Responsibilities
Administer and configure the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal functionality
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce to provide actionable insights
Align business intelligence strategies with enterprise data management practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to create custom reports tailored to organizational needs
Analyze data using Power BI or Tableau to support business objectives
Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance and reporting
Provide technical expertise and support for BI-related tools and technologies
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Salesforce and BI technologies to drive innovation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including configuration and management
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and visualization
Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification is required
Strong understanding of business intelligence technologies and best practices
Proficiency in DAX technologies for advanced data modeling
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
