The role involves designing and managing large-scale data ecosystems and contributing to high-impact projects in various medical fields.

Responsibilities
Architect high-throughput ingestion pipelines for large-scale imaging, clinical, and omics data in a validated environment
Ingest, curate, and store data, making it available for internal evidence generation, annotation, deep learning workloads, and statistical analysis
Design canonical schemas, lineage, governance, and interoperability for multi-modal data
Optimize storage and retrieval strategies for petabyte-scale datasets and link different data modalities
Design backup and disaster recovery solutions
Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GxP, and SaMD standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with regulatory and operational requirements
Organize data to enable seamless integration of Gen AI for intelligent workflows and conversational analytics
Create proof of concepts for key focus areas
Qualification
Required
15 years of expertise in data architecture
Experience handling petabyte-scale imaging data
Experience handling clinical and omics data
Extensive experience with AWS cloud services related to data architecture, including Glue, S3, FSx for Lustre, Collibra, Redshift, Lake Formation, and Postgres
Knowledge of imaging standards such as DICOM and NIFTI
Experience working in radiology and digital pathology
Experience working in ophthalmology, neurology, or oncology disease areas
Experience with DICOM and non-DICOM protocols and formats
Preferred
You have +10 years experience in Data architecture
You are proficient in Radiology, PostgreSQL, Oncology, Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM), Collibra
