Responsibilities
Build a deep understanding of Logistics Solutions target markets, customer segments, and buying behavior
Continuously monitor industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics to influence go-to-market strategy
Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that guide positioning, messaging, product launches, and campaign direction
Equip Sales with clear, consistent, and compelling enablement tools that drive effective selling across the Logistics Solutions portfolio
Develop high-value sales collateral informed by market strategy, customer pilots, and field input
Partner closely with Sales leadership to maintain strong alignment across marketing priorities, sales goals, and customer engagement needs
Serve as a strategic connector between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Category teams to ensure unified execution and communication
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build demand, strengthen credibility, and enhance brand confidence
Transform audience and market insights into targeted messaging tailored by industry, channel, persona, and stage of the buyer journey
Manage campaigns end-to-end—from concept and messaging through production, launch, optimization, and performance reporting
Collaborate with Product and Category teams to support new product introductions with differentiated positioning and strong value narratives
Work with the Sr. Trade Show Manager to develop event messaging, collateral, and promotional assets aligned to event goals
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Events teams to ensure trade shows and sponsorships reinforce broader marketing and commercial strategies
Provide strategic recommendations on sponsorships, promotional tactics, and event participation that align with target markets and pipeline goals
Define and monitor key marketing performance metrics across owned, earned, and paid channels
Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with agency partners to report insights, trends, and performance outcomes that inform future marketing investments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial markets
Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and enhance sales effectiveness
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable plans
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint storytelling capability
Highly collaborative, with experience partnering across Sales, Product, Category, and executive leadership teams
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically by air
