Responsibilities
System build, deployment, and support
PC, mobile, applications/software support
Responding to questions regarding application functions and problems encountered
Support BCA user software
Provide hardware installation and maintenance
TCP/IP network configuration
Provide basic administration for users within the BCA
Work with other technical staff within DPS and outside vendors
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one (1) year of IT related experience in providing desktop support
Experience with personal computer workstations and mobile devices
Experience with server/client applications support
Basic TCP/IP network understanding
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding
Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving to deliver positive user experiences
Education in Information Technology (IT) or an IT related field may substitute for experience as follows: a master's degree or a bachelor's degree for one (1) year; and an associate's degree for six (6) months

Enterprise support experience
