Responsibilities
Assist with preparing budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial reports to support organizational goals
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Create and maintain reports and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables and charts
Perform expense tracking and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and optimize spending
Collaborate with various teams to deliver accurate financial insights and recommendations
Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and charts effectively
Strong analytical abilities coupled with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial information clearly
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment
Preferred
Previous internship or volunteer experience in finance or non-profit organizations is advantageous
Familiarity with financial analysis and data interpretation tools is preferred
