Responsibilities
Welcome examinees upon arrival and verify their identification to ensure compliance with security protocols
Conduct security procedures, such as wand checks, to maintain a secure testing environment
Monitor candidates throughout their exams to ensure adherence to guidelines and report any irregularities
Address candidate concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring a fair and comfortable testing experience
Safeguard testing materials and maintain the security of the test center at all times
Record candidate fingerprint identification digitally, if required, and handle related documentation
Prepare and maintain computer equipment in the testing lab and office spaces, following safety protocols
Write detailed reports and document occurrences outside company policies with accuracy
Represent the organization's values and mission while interacting with candidates and team members
Adjust schedules as needed to align with the test center's hours of operation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is a plus
At least one year of in-person customer service experience, such as in retail, hospitality, or call centers
Must be of legal age to qualify for the position
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and coworkers
Ability to write accurate and detailed correspondence and reports
Proficiency with Windows-based programs, including Office, Outlook, and web browsers
Physical capability to bend, stoop, lift up to 40 pounds, and move through the test room regularly
Ability to remain seated for extended periods while administering exams and monitor camera systems effectively
