Responsibilities
Drive quality and patient safety initiatives by offering expert consulting, analysis, improvement facilitation, and program management to key internal stakeholders
Develop and enhance programs that uphold our high standards in Quality and Patient Safety while focusing on delivering superior care to our patients
Research, collect, and analyze critical data to inform strategic decisions
Support clients' quality and patient safety initiatives, ensuring they align with the hospital’s strategic goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in a healthcare, preferably in Quality and Performance Improvement
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Clinical Licensure (RN, PA, NP, MD, Nurse Midwife, RD, PT/OT, or PharmD)
PMP or Six-Sigma/Lean certification
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Strong data analytics skills
