Responsibilities
Fabricate Hose assemblies as per customer specifications
Fabricate and identify Hydraulic hose assemblies
Calibrate and reset hydraulic hose crimpers
Measure and calibrate hose ends on permanent style fittings
Use digital calipers to determine crimp quality and integrity
Fabricate hose assemblies using the reusable style hose fittings
Accurately measure and set phase angle orientation on hydraulic hose assemblies, permanent and reusable styles
Provide customer sales counter service as needed for parts and service operations
Maintain good technical skills and upkeep in training within the fluid connector business
Operate hose cut-off machine
Work safely at all times. Adheres to all applicable safety policies. Complies with all company policies, procedures and standards

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D
Technical school certificate or associate's degree a plus
Up to two (2) years of experience in hydraulic hose assembly
Education as described above may be accepted in lieu of experience
Good communication skills
Excellent interpersonal relations skills
Good physical skills on equipment and an aptitude for manual work
Solid equipment and parts knowledge
Warehousing training in a distribution, manufacturing, or dealership environment
Knowledgeable on shipping methods and procedures
Able to talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel
Able to stand, walk, sit, and bend, 8 – 10 hours per day
Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Able to use close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus
Able to pass a drug test
Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check
Exposure to a production environment
Preferred
Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment a plus
