Responsibilities
Assist in tracking, analyzing, and implementing legal and regulatory changes impacting business processes. Ensure timely updates and compliance within the Legal Regulatory Change Management space
Develop, update, and maintain process maps to document business procedures and identify areas for improvement
Manage and deliver key work streams and tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions, process improvements, and reporting requirements
Communicate effectively with business partners to understand project needs, promote next steps, and support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables
Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint. Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
Participate in initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in business management, project management, process mapping, or compliance/audit roles
Advanced analytical skills and experience with data analysis
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player
Preferred
At least 2 years of experience in controls, risk management, process improvement, or related roles
Experience supporting Legal Regulatory Change Management or similar compliance functions
Familiarity with low-code automation solutions and process improvement methodologies
Experience working in a regulated environment or with support functions such as operations, controls, or information management
