Qualification
Required
J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
5+ years patent litigation experience in federal district court
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and online research tools
Drafting pleadings/briefs
Discovery (requests, experts, depositions, motions)
Pre‑/post‑trial motions (e.g., summary judgment, injunctions, JMOL)
Preferred
CAFC or PTAB practice
Hatch‑Waxman litigation
Patent prosecution or opinion work
Patent licensing or IP due diligence
