HR Manager
Eaton is seeking a HR Manager for their ES AMER ESS division based at the Waukesha, WI facility. The HR Manager will lead the human resources function, driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting operational excellence within the plant.

Responsibilities
Actively contribute to site leadership strategy, direction, and continuous improvement using Eaton frameworks (LeaderX, EBS, OpA, etc.)
Develop and execute site-specific HR strategies and goals to drive culture, compliance, and performance
Lead efforts to meet plant-level HR objectives aligned with corporate and business group initiatives
Drive HR functional excellence by deploying Eaton programs and standardizing sustainable HR processes across the enterprise
Advise leadership on HR policies and legal compliance to support business objectives
Oversee performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational capability assessments
Lead communication strategies, change management, and employee engagement through surveys and committees
Champion inclusion, diversity, wellness, and community involvement initiatives
Manage compensation, recognition programs, and promote leadership accountability for the employee lifecycle
Guide hiring strategies, retention planning, and employee development/training compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business from an accredited institution
Seven (7) years progressive experience in Human Resources
Five (5) years supporting manufacturing
PHR or SPHR certification
Experience with the Eaton Business System (EBS) or other similar integrated business system
