Conference Services and Events Coordinator
Kay Search Group is representing a prestigious AM100 Law Firm seeking a Conference Services and Events Coordinator. This role involves coordinating high-profile meetings, client events, and executive conferences, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all attendees.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and conference room users, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Coordinate all meeting and event logistics, including room setup, catering, AV requirements, materials, and signage
Manage reservations and event details using Rendezvous booking software to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Provide on-site event support, greeting guests, overseeing logistics, and resolving last-minute needs with professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to confirm event details and ensure flawless execution
Maintain organized event records, reports, and layouts using Visio and other internal systems
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate hospitality, reception, or event coordination
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Rendezvous, MyKastle, or similar systems preferred
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, professional environment
Polished, dependable, and discreet, with exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
