Inventory Control Specialist
PrideStaff is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day. They are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to execute and maintain inventory accuracy and support production processes in their Oceanside, CA location.

Responsibilities
Execute and maintain the cycle count program for production and warehouse inventory
Investigate discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and process inventory adjustments as required
Ensure inventory accuracy for lot-controlled, serialized, and bulk materials
Review, validate, and process inventory transactions including issues, transfers, receipts, and adjustments
Maintain accurate bin locations, lot numbers, and material status in the ERP system
Ensure all material movement is properly transacted in a timely manner
Support production through material staging, replenishment, and water spider activities
Process and fulfill material requests to ensure uninterrupted production flow
Coordinate with Production and Planning to resolve material shortages or discrepancies
Support physical inventories, audits, and compliance requirements
Identify gaps in inventory processes and recommend improvements
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and inventory control best practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and operations

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred
Associate's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production planning, or inventory environment preferred
Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) a plus
