Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation
Identify safety hazards and proactively resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; recommend purchases as needed
Support equipment start-ups and facility expansion projects
Assist with training of warehouse personnel on maintenance procedures
Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by leadership
Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans
Document maintenance activities and uphold compliance with OSHA and Zero Harm standards
Qualification
Required
Industrial/manufacturing experience in a high volume production environment
Self-sufficient troubleshooting skills
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to identify safety hazards and proactively resolve equipment issues
Ability to maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
Ability to support equipment start-ups and facility expansion projects
Ability to assist with training of warehouse personnel on maintenance procedures
Ability to participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Ability to execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans
Ability to document maintenance activities and uphold compliance with OSHA and Zero Harm standards
