Business Development Manager
Amtex Systems Inc is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT/Professional Staffing to drive new logo acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new client accounts while building long-term relationships with decision-makers across industries.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new client logos for staffing services (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or Professional staffing as applicable)
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, pricing, negotiation, and closure
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new-logo targets
Research target accounts, industries, and market trends to create strategic outreach plans
Build relationships with key stakeholders including Hiring Managers, HR, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement, and CXOs
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business development or sales within staffing/recruitment industry
Proven track record of new logo acquisition and closing mid-to-large enterprise deals
Strong understanding of staffing models: Contract, C2H, Permanent staffing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred
Existing network of client contacts in IT or professional services
Experience selling MSP/VMS-based staffing solutions
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
