Responsibilities
Assists management in developing and executing creative, integrated internal communications plans designed to drive employee engagement in and alignment with the health system's strategy and vision
Writes and produces various communications to drive organizational change, influence behaviors and build brand and reputation internally for a variety of audiences for assigned projects
Writes content and manages employee engagement via employee Intranet, other websites and printed publications targeted to internal audiences
Serves as a liaison with employees and management to produce new communications vehicles and collateral for internal audiences for assigned projects
Facilitates execution of internal communications plans, employing a variety of communications tools and tactics including, but not limited to, digital vehicles, internal brand promotion, leadership communications, and direct communications to employees using web, email, video and print
Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors
