Clinical Trials Business Development Director
Equity Medical is seeking a high-performing Clinical Trials Business Development Director to drive their study sourcing and strategic partnership initiatives. The role requires an experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record in the Clinical Research industry, focusing on leveraging existing networks to secure high-value clinical trials.

Responsibilities
Leverage an existing network of Sponsor/CRO relationships to identify and secure clinical trial opportunities
Manage the full sales lifecycle: from initial lead generation and feasibility assessment to securing the Site Qualification Visit (SQV), Site Selection Visit (SSV), and Site Selection
Articulate Equity Medical's site capabilities, patient demographics, and recruitment metrics to decision-makers at pharmaceutical companies and CROs
Review protocol synopses and inclusion/exclusion criteria to ensure strategic alignment with our site's capabilities before pursuing
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential studies and provide weekly forecasting to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of direct Business Development experience in the Biopharma industry (CRO or Site side required)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/study awards
Established network of contacts within Site Selection, Feasibility, and Clinical Operations at major CROs and Sponsors
Deep understanding of clinical trial phases, protocol feasibility, and the site selection process
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment
