Experienced Hotel Sales Manager
Talentuition is seeking an Experienced Hotel Sales Manager for MH Hospitality, an Omaha-based hotel development and management company. The role involves driving revenue, developing client relationships, and maximizing occupancy and rate growth across dual properties.

Responsibilities
Drive hotel revenue through strategic sales of guestrooms, catering services, meeting space, and events
Develop and maintain a strong client base including corporate, association, government, and social group accounts
Spend approximately 80% of time on outside sales, including client visits, sales calls, and sales blitzes
Lead and participate in hotel tours, client meetings, and site visits
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and meeting planners
Negotiate guest room rates, function space, and services within approved guidelines
Accurately document sales activities, bookings, forecasts, and cancellations
Actively participate in weekly Revenue calls and industry networking events
Collaborate with hotel leadership on marketing and sales strategies
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team
Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled
Follow company policies and maintain a professional image at all times
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proven sales and negotiation abilities
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Computer proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred
Hospitality sales experience strongly preferred
