Responsibilities
Program and set up CNC machines for High-Mix, Low-Volume runs and monitor quality during operation
Load raw materials and components into CNC machines with care and attention to detail
Make adjustments as needed to keep parts within spec and maintain consistent quality
Operate manual machines such as mills, lathes, surface grinders, and bandsaws to machine precision parts
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve part designs and optimize manufacturability
Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet blueprint requirements
Perform daily machine checks and maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
Skilled in programming and setting up CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement instruments
Comfortable reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and documentation, including GD&T
Computer savvy, with an understanding of basic programming
Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred
